Apolonia Santibañez has devoted her career to the representation of injured individuals and their families. Since 2009, she has worked exclusively with Plaintiff’s Personal Injury firms, gaining substantial experience in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (commercial and private), wrongful death, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence.

Before becoming a licensed Florida attorney, Apolonia served as both a paralegal and case manager. This prior experience afforded her a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process, enabling her to effectively manage all aspects of a case from its inception through resolution. Her background enhances her ability to provide informed, meticulous, and client-focused advocacy.

A proud Florida native, Apolonia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University, where she double-majored in International Affairs and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. She later received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she served as a Center Fellow for the Center for Excellence in Elder Law and completed an internship with the U.S. Department of Justice’s Elder Justice Initiative, further solidifying her commitment to issues affecting older and vulnerable populations.
